How Would You Know Dat U’re Already a Transformers Addict

  1. U can’t stop thinking about the robots (in my case, I can’t stop thinking about Optimus Prime)
  2. Any scenes frm the movie keep popping in ur head and u juz can’t stop it
  3. Each time u see a vehicle (any vehicle) with wheels, u imagine an autobots
  4. U began to listen to Linkin Park’s song and like it
  5. U began to have an interest in cars (if u didn’t, previously)

Lol. Totally nonsense, huh? Lolz. LOL.

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen

transformers-revenge-of-the-fallen-standeeSo damn sophisticated, which of course has made it extremely cool. More autobots, and of course d cooler version of Optimus Prime (Seriousy, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE HIM!). More autobots, more action, and of course, more complicated story. The previous version has much simpler story. Still, this movie’s like the coolest thing I’ve ever seen!!!!!! Watched it, and gonna re-watch it again tomorrow! I am SO DAMN EXCITED!!!!!^ ^

So, basically, the story is the expanded version of the previous movie (I guess), and the characters are also expanded, too. More autobots, including the Decepticons. Somehotr52w, I think it reduced the “amazement sensation”–well, to me, at least. I mean, in the previous movie, there weren’t so many robots, and each time I saw them roll (or transform, heheh), I really enjoy every bit, every moment, and every second of it. I was like, stand in awe watching them transforming from a vehicle into a super-cool-sophisticated-robot. But when there were too many autobots already, watching them transforming is like seeing someone breathing or winking his eyes. Anyway, I still do, adore those autobots, especially Optimus. J’adore Prime, gosh!!!! He’s amazing.

Michael Bay really does, make sure that his audience in entertained, I guess, by putting many hilarious scenes. I can’t stop laughing each time I remember those scenes, hahah. The good thing is, those scenes don’t ruin the story or any complicateness of it. (I still need to think each time I try to make connection and correlation of the plot.)

Ok. What’s next?

Well, the autobots, my fave topic ever.

I miss Jazz, for sure. It was such a pity that he died on the previous movie. I really wish they could revive him on the sequel. Too bad they didn’t (where’s justice, hey??)

Bumblebee, my second fave, heheh. I was shocked when I saw him crying in the garage. Big guy, crying?? But he’s really gentle and humble. After what Sam said and did to him, he’s still a loyal protector (make me wanna kick Sam even more!), and still kind. Too bad, the voice problem never resolved. But he’s better and cooler with the radio anyway. Lol.

And then, my most fave of all: OPTIMUS PRIME!!!!! I’ve been waiting patiently all the way down here only to discuss this. U guys should check my status updates, can’t stop talking bout Transformers, expecially this BIG GUY!!!!!

U know, when watching the fighting, mostly (in every action movies), people (or me) will tend to get nervous and wondering who would win the fight. Nervously stare at the fighting, u know. Such feeling. Well, when I watched Transformers, there was no such feelings. I was too excited seeing them, and I struggled not to hysterically scream watching them fighting. It was super-coolly AWESOME!!!! Breathtaking, u know??? In my heart, I keep screaming, “OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG! OMG! OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG! OMG!OMG!!!!!!!! It was SO-SO-SO-SO COOL!!!!!” I keep smiling and smiling like a nuts watching the fights.

The only part when I’m not smiling was when Optimus died. I was already guessed that Optimus would be defeated fighting three Decepticons (again, where’s justice?????), but HE DIED???? OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I seriously thought I was gonna cry. My fave guy DIED!!!

Well, of course my head keep telling me, it couldn’t end like that. Sumhow, Optimus must live!!! I knew dat he’d be revived. But when???? When Sam was taking the matrix to Prime, and on the way there, he was UNCONCIOUS, I was really terrified dat Optimus would not be revived. C’mon!!!!

“If dat thing really happen, I’m gonna be furious!!! I mean, where’s justice, AGAIN??? If Megatron could be revived, why can’t Optimus??? He should be!!”

But finally, HE IS REVIVED!!!!! He even turned into a cooler one!!!!! OMG!!! Thanks to the old man, Jetfire, Optimus has become even more cool than EVER!!!! I was so thrilled!!! OMG, OMG!!!! I think I’m insane enough to fall in love with a robot, huh?

But, c’mon! Dun look at the appearance–don’t see him as a robot. His characteristics charm me, since the first movie.

I luv it when they called Prime as “the big guy” (they called him this way when they were fighting the Decepticons in the beginning of the movie). Well, Optimus, indeed, is BIG. But, I mean, he’s much bigger. He’s bigger than he looks—on the inside.

He is wise, kind, brave, not selfish, humble, and he has such a charisma (well, to charm me, at least, lolz) as a leader. He is respected by the autobots and the human, alive or dead. In the first movie, he said that the humans should not take responsibilities of what they have done (the autobots). Humans have their own rights to choose what they want. He is indeed a good man, and a good leader.

And in the second movie, when the stupid guy named—eeerrr, Galloway, isn’t it? Well, when that stupid guy came to get rid of the autobots because of his prejudice, Optimus never angry because of it, and he never use his power to fight it (I mean, he has the right to angry because of the prejudice, but he is not). He even said that he and the other autobots will respect whatever the mankind decide (and it was a stupid decision!!!). I was more amazed to see how humbly the autobots were.

I remember how much I really hate Sam more when he rejected Optimus when Optimus visited him in Philadelphia. He’s so stupid or what??? But Optimus was so kind to keep believe in him. Geez, he’s such a man!! How I love him, lol. (I can’t love a fictional robot, right? But I’m allowed to have fantasies of my own. And girls do, have fantasies. Heheheh…)

Anyway, special thanks to my girls, mes cheries, mes amies, cuz without them, I won’t be able to watch the movie. Thanks for accompanying me, and thanks for willing to watch the movie with me!! (Although I know u guys wanna shop and sightseeing actually, lolz.)

Updated: Watching Transformers 2 for the second time, well, to be honest, I enjoy the movie less. Perhaps because I already know the whole plot, and it ruins the fascination. Dat’s also perhaps I watched it for the second time only two days after my first watch (I was so impatient, aren’t I? Lolz. My friends even asked me whether I plan to watch the movie once every two days, heheh). I wish I could, heheh.

But seriously, it was like, I could remember every single scene including the dialogue when watching it. Still, I can’t hide my excitement when watching the fight, though. Heheh.

Well, I guess every movie is always at best in the beginning; after watching it two times, I now like the first one better. I don’t really like their act on the second movie; I guess some act is just to exaggerated. Why is that? Like, when Simmone asked Jetfire to explain Primes’ history, clearly, briefly, and accurately. Or when Sam’s in coma, and Mikaela is screaming, calling his name over and over, hysterically.

And some other scenes were like—well, so unnatural, for me, e.g. the fighting scene between the twin autobots, Mudflap and Skids before the Primes’ tomb. That scene looks really unnatural. The fights seems very—well, I dunno how to say this, but let’s just say dat it seems really structured, like the fights has already been planned to occur so those people could discover the Primes’ tomb. It’s just too obvious. Well, those were just some examples. Haha. Others might have different opinions, of course.

I like the movie less when I read the review of the movie. It turns out the movie was not reviewed very well. Critics said that the movie is too long. And, well, I admit, it was, indeed, too long. If I was too sleepy, I think I could even sleep when watching.

Another thing is that when one of my friends (who accompanied me watching for the second time) said that it’s quite confusing to see some roads were broken once the robots step on them, and some roads remained unbroken. It’s not very clear and inconsistent. I was nearly laughing when I heard that, but somehow, it’s indeed true. It’s a tiny single detail, but also important, I guess. Haha. Dun bother this part, though. You can still enjoy the movie without even bothering it. Lol.

One funny thing my friend said, was that when she realized the shooting took place in Egypt, the same place where Ketika Cinta Bertasbih, an Indonesian movie’s shooting also occurred—though impossibly at the same time, she was joking, asking is it possible that when watching Transformers on the screen—when Sam and the Autobots were in Egypt, the actors and actresses of Ketika Cinta Bertasbih is also seen on the screen, walking or shooting. Lol. How could she even think of that? Lolz.
